- Review of minutes for August 12, 2003
    Minutes approved as written.


- Announcements
    EIA Call for Patent Disclosure.  No company announced a patent.


- AR Review
    No Open Action Items


- Opens for new items
    No New Items

    IBIS Model Review Committee.  Add Bob Haller.  Some reviewers
are already using the draft IBIS Quality checklist.

  IBIS East Summit planned for October 21. Bob and/or Barry will present 
an IQ status update.

- AR Bob to Update minutes on Web Site.

- Detailed Documentation review, IQ_5_possible_error.txt

   Item 1. Need a consistent convention for corners. Min, Typ, Max is 
sometimes confused particularly in context of IBIS. Add table that 
correlates Min typ max to FF TT SS. Discussion regarding Value of CCOmp 
this is considered by IBIS to be numerical. How do the tools interpret 
and use this value.  If a model produces warnings in the parser then the 
model maker should document if this was intentional and why
Tabled this discussion for a future meeting.

   Item 2: Duplication with Ramp and waveform processing text remove.

   Item 3: See Item 1

   Item 4: Duplication of already generated documentation, remove.

   Item 5 and 6: are duplicates remove.

   Item 7 and 8: obtain comments on wording from Lynne

   Item 9: defer to next time.

   Item 11: double check section 4.3 for duplication

   Item 12: remove.

Eckhard will update and redistribute documentation. Everyone is 
encouraged to comment over reflector.
